We absolutely loved the tour. Be prepared for a lot of walking but so worth it. My children were so amazed with every set and prop.

Was very wary about booking as had never used this site before and read mixed reviews. We had a fantastic experience. Ensure to get to Victoria coach station early as it was not clear on ticket what they to go to however we found the coach with another group of people. Besides this, service was excellent. Driver was lovely, clear on instructions and times. Harry Potter film on the coach. Prompt pick up and drop off would definitely recommend.

Everything was well organised transport wise but for some reason you are told you have to exchange your booking ticket for the entry ticket. So groups of people wander round the coach station asking staff where to go to do this but it’s the coach driver who sorts it! My driver was Malcolm who was wonderful as he was also experienced in tours of London and kept us informed and entertained en route to the studio.The tour of studio itself was magical only surpassed by the smiles on my granddaughters face. Personally I recommend you don’t buy the butter beer it’s awful but you get to keep the mug!
