I have to say ,the crew members was great. They knew alot of history about the Thames. I wish I had got his name, but I didn’t! I found it very interesting. He was much better than your running company commentary. He knew loads . It was a very reasonable price. The only thing I would say, is that it said on my email you had to change your e ticket to a proper ticket as we couldn’t use as e ticket on boat . When we got there was told the e ticket was fine ,which is fair enough, I found it a bit confusing to what I read about it .
The captains mate (not trained as a tour guide) should be a tour guide, brilliantly delivered and very informative with a few jokes added in. Thank you.
