Day 1 : Arrive in Zürich, Switzerland

We’ll meet at 4 p.m. at our hotel in Luzern (Lucerne) for a “Welcome to Switzerland” meeting. Then we’ll take a meandering evening walk through Switzerland’s most charming lakeside town, and get acquainted with one another over dinner together. Sleep in Luzern (2 nights). No bus. Walking: light.

Day 2 : Zürich–Biel/Bienne–Neuchâtel–Geneva

Enjoy an orientation walk of Zurich’s OLD TOWN, Switzerland’s center of banking and commerce. Then, leave Zurich and start your Swiss adventure. You’ll quickly discover that Switzerland isn’t just home to the Alps, but also to some of the most beautiful lakes. First, stop at the foot of the Jura Mountains in the picturesque town of Biel, known as Bienne by French-speaking Swiss, famous for watch-making, and explore the historical center.

When and where does the tour start?

Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.

When and where does the tour end?

Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we offer credit card payments with our payment partner. You may pay by MasterCard and VISA.

Do I have to pay in Euro?

No. You can pay in Euro, US-Dollars or in Ukrainian Hryvnia. We simply quote the prices in Euro because it is a stable currency. You do not need to change to Euro to pay us. You can pay online in many currencies or in cash at the current exchange rate to Euro given by a currency exchange in Lviv.

How can I pay for the tour?

For booking a tour we require it to be paid at the time of booking. This is the only guarantee for you to get the tour that you booked. You can also pay for the tour in cash at the start of the tour. But in this you will need to buy our cancellation insurance online at least. This insurance frees you from any cancellation penalties. No questions asked. No other payment required. For complex tours we require a prepayment, which you need to pay when you have agreed to our proposed itinerary and terms. The prepayment can range from 10% to 100%, depending on the tour.

Are tips included in the tour?

No. Tips for the guides are not included. We give you the choice to give some. However, our guides are always happy about a tip. This way they know that they really made you have a fantastic time

The cruise itself was ok don’t think it stops enough Piers and the first and last boat are quite early considering it’s London. Trying to get my tickets was an effort to say the least turn up with a QR code to pick up your tickets they then spend 15-minutes filling out a paper form before printing off your tickets making you miss your ferry even though you’re there 20 minutes before. Could be better off just getting the uber because you can go up and down the river for about 20 quid for the whole day and stop so many more Piers.

It was easy to access and the staff were very friendly. We book a family ticket and enjoyed sitting on the top deck and the informative as well as humourous commentary. Thoroughly recommended.

We really enjoyed this experience. The sights we visited were fascinating. We had enough time to explore before hopping onto the next boat to continue the tour. All together it took us six and a half hours to view the sights. The little timetable we were given of departure times was a nice touch. The gentleman that was giving us information on the sights was hilarious and made us chuckle. We highly recommend this tour.
