the guide from Westminster to Greenwich spoke the whole trip, return trip guide only spoke from London tower to Westminster. latter guide was annoying with his jokes and putdowns of marriage and modern art. most annoying was the endless loud commercial from Greenwich to London tower including a whistler trapped in the recording studio.
This was an awesome way to spend the afternoon. My sister and I had been to the Borough Market and walking, walking and more walking in London. We sat on the upper deck and took in the sites from the water, enjoying a cider and listening to the knowledgeable and entertaining crew share information and tidbits as only real local insiders can. A lovely relaxing way to spend an afternoon in London!
Absolutely so worthwhile, it was a beautiful day sunny with clouds great for pictures boat served great coffee, and snacks the toilets were very clean a great deal for a 24 hour boat trip.
